MAILSEND starts out with a template with pre-defined areas designated for your content. You can make use of our FREE starter templates or we can create sophisticated custom designed templates for you.

Already have a designer? No worries! We take their designs and create special ‘tags’ that is needed to power MAILSEND email campaigns.

2.Send

Next is the subscriber list. A subscriber or recipient is a single email address. You can import your pre–existing email list or you can start a new subscriber list from scratch.

We can also help you build a signup form on your website which auto-magically allows subscribers to be added to your mailing list.

3.Report

Once you have your template and subscriber list, you are ready to go!

Our simple reports make it easy for you to check out the stats that matter. See who opened your email, who clicked a link and much more. Your reports are updated in real time so you always know the latest.

So far so good, how much does this all cost?

Our pricing structure couldn’t be more simple. There are no monthly fees and no hidden fees - just the initial setup cost and then a low campaign delivery fee. For each campaign you send with more than 5 recipients, you pay a flat fee of $29 plus 5¢ per subscriber. Any campaigns you send to 5 or less people are free of charge.

Let’s say you’re sending an email newsletter to a database of 1,000 subscribers. To send this newsletter, you will be charged $29 plus 5¢ for each recipient, $50 in this case, making a total of $79.

All prices are set in Australian dollars.

How about those templates?

Get your company info and your logo onto one of our generic templates. This option gets you a level of customization without a large investment.

If you already have a design that you’d like to use for your email template, no worries mate! We’ll take your design and convert it into an email template and set it up in MailSend for you to use.

If you want to get our world-class designers working on a brand new design for your email template, this is the option for you. We will consult with you to create the design and make it into a reusable template which loads into MailSend!

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Why would I pay to send my email newsletter? Can’t I just use Outlook?
This one is easy – for the reports. MailSend provides invaluable feedback and data that you can use for reports, for understanding your audience better or even to help refine your marketing strategy. MailSend also allows you to place a sign-up form on your website to allow users to auto-magically subscribe to your mailing list.

Are there any hidden fees?
Absolutely not! There are no account setup or monthly access fees. You only pay for what you use. $29 per campaign delivery fee + 5¢ per subscriber. That’s it!

What about GST?
GST is inclusive. We have calculated GST into the delivery fee and per recipient fee.

How does billing work?
Great question! This is simple and you can pay by credit card. This is 100% safe and secure. We do not hold monthly accounts and so you will only ever pay for what you use. For example, if you send only 2 campaigns per year, that’s cool!

Am I locked into using you guys to design our template?
No, not at all. If you already have a designer, that is ok.
We will create and provide special the special html ‘tags’ that can be placed into the HTML email design by your designer.

How is our subscriber list managed?
As part of our service, we can provide you with a subscriber form that you can place on your web page. Alternately, you can import a subscriber list via excel or any form of spreadsheet. We will also host your subscriber list as part of our service. However we recommend you keep a backup copy of your subscriber list.

What if I want to stop using MailSend?
For whatever reason you may have for wanting to stop using MailSend, you simply export your subscriber list and that’s it! We will automatically remove any account that has been inactive for more than 12 months.

Is there someway I can trial MailSend without spending a cent?
Yes! You can always send an email up to 5 subscribers COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE!
